> 3 dayIn the approximate month I have been applying this material to the stump, there have not been any sprouts and when reapplying Epsoak, I have found an abundance of moisture in the chain saw plunged grooves in the stump. Seem’s to be doing the job!

> 3 dayWorks great in the bath for soaking sore muscles. Can also use it in the shower if you have a way to close the drain. You can absorb minerals through your feet while showering. Ive used epsom salts after cutting and hauling firewood. A 20 minute soak and no sore muscles the next day. Great for a relaxing soak also

> 3 dayI believe it is a good epsom product but I would NOT recommend if you do not like the smell of orange. I could not stand the way I smelled after the bath...and the smell during the bath. Relax and Refresh should indicate that it is an orange smell. I threw it away after one use. My bathroom even smelled like it. I am going to stick to the unscented.

Add two cups of Epsoak Epsom Salt to warm, running bath water. Settle in and soak for 20 minutes to help relieve stress and stiffness.
Mix one cup of Epsoak Epsom Salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 10 minutes to help soothe aches and soften rough skin.
