> 3 dayI walk 10 miles a day for exercise and at the end my feet HURT. Never fear, this stuff will ease the pain and you can literally feel your stress immediately fall away. I use it every single day. 20-30min soak. In a foot tub with very warm water. This is pure magnesium sulfate which our bodies need to fight stress. I like the 19lb bag which at the time I checked was the cheapest per lb... make sure you read the bag for proper amount to use. ENJOY!

> 3 dayI bought this because I get headaches from any type of perfume or scented stuff. All the ones sold at grocery stores are scented. Even if it doesn’t say scented, they’re are. Just read the ingredients… it shouldn’t say anything more than magnesium Sulfate. And this product is pure Magnesium Sulfate so no added scents or oils.

> 3 dayThis stuff works. I put 1-2 cups in a warm bath and sit in it for 20 minutes. It helps with random muscle aches and reduces my stress from being a new mama! Sometimes I have issues with the salt dissolving completely in the bath but you do need to swish the water around a bit before getting in.
