Epsoak Epsom Salt 5 lbs. Magnesium Sulfate USP

I bought this product to soak my foot in warm water with some Epsom salt and it felt very relieving. Right after a long day of standing, mix some warm water and a cup of Epsom Salt and you will have relaxed feet for the rest of your day. It also helps if you have swollen or cracked feet. The pack lasts about a month if you regularly use it but it all depends on how often you are doing this. If you need to relieve foot pain, I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this specifically for my plants as I just started being a Gardner and people told me to use epsom salt to help the plants. I spread the 5 pound bag on my 35+ pots and I used the whole thing. Hopefully my plants dont die, if so you will most likely see a updated review :)

I have been in pain but I couldnt tell the difference after using. Not much of a scent.

its hard to find a clean and pure source of epsom salt locally. what i can get locally will have 3 or 7 ingredients. i just wanted the pure stuff so i could add a pinch of it to my bottled water daily. <3

I went 26 years not knowing how amazing an Epsom salt bath is, Im mad nobody has told me. First time using this in a bath last night, I almost fell asleep in the tub, had to find strangth within myself to climb out, then dry off and attempt to get dressed so I could go to bed....I barely made it. I havent slept that AMAZING since before I had children, even slept through my alarms...all 3 of them!!! This stuff is the bomb!! I paid for my product by the way, nothing free over here, just a real honest review.

I have chronic Migraines. Most people are deficient when it comes to this mineral. I am supposed to take magnesium supplements but they have some GI upset issues which in turn means you may not get all that you need out of the tablets. With this Epsoak I can have a bowl next to my desk and soak my hand in it when I am not busy. It has been proven that our bodies will absorb the magnesium much better this way. I will be buying a larger bag next time. This product has done everything that I wanted it to do. Eventually I will have time to soak my feet also but for my time crunches I am using a bowl for my fingers :)

As a sensitive and someone with chronic illness, Im elated this has NO SCENT and contains NOTHING SYNTHETIC, meaning high quality. I saw a previous reviewer rate this poorly, saying they can find Epsom salt at the dollar store for cheaper, yes with CHEMICALS and SYNTHETICS in it, at a cost to your health, trust me Ive tried and had negative chemical reactions to lesser quality products, not all products are created equally, this product, Epsoak by SaltCo is one I trust and learned to trust by unfortunate trial and error. I am happy to purchase this one over and over again and havent strayed since Ive found it, its the one I have been buying for the past 3 YEARS. I use 2 cups of this pure Epsom salt in my bath for detoxing, re-mineralizing, and replenishing my body, stiff muscles, inflammation, stress, GI stress, and soft skin. Sometimes Ill add Epsom Salts, Baking Soda, and Essential Oils all together in a glass bowl (because oil and water dont mix the oil will only float on top of the water if you dont mix it with something) stir, add to a bath and soak for 20-30 mins in warm water. My skin is always softer after and Im always much more relaxed. I LOVE that I can customize the scent with natural products and even herbs since Epsoak is UNSCENTED. Making custom Epsom salt mixtures/blends with EPSOAK has become a favorite hobby of mine. I am thankful to have this on my healing journey. Thanks to my naturopath who said this might help my fatigue, pain relief, and inflammation I was experiencing. Ive found MULTIPLE benefits from it, baths are now a big part of my self-care routine. When I dont want a whole bath, I do an Epsom salt foot soak in a bucket, and still get the benefits. Also, I have wanted to try this on my rose bushes but unfortunately, I think I have killed them before I got the chance. This is a future to-do project!

I am a bath person. I take a hot bath every night, and shower only when I need to wash my hair which is usually about 3 times a week. They are even edible in small amounts as a cure for constipation. These salts are pure Magnesium sulfate epsom salts. Magnesium is a crucial mineral our bodies need, and often our diets do not contain enough of this. And Magnesium can be absorbed through our skin. Since they are natural, they do not irritate womens private areas either like chemical bath soaps and fragrances can. This huge bag was only 11.99 and got to me in two days through my Amazon Prime. These salts are larger than the typical ones sold at Walgreens and CVS, and they glisten! I love my baths even more now, I have also been putting a few drops of essential oil in my baths and I am in heaven. Treat yourself this is so good for you! This is a tired overworked mom talking who desperately needs to find rest rejuvenation and relaxation wherever possible. But even kids can benefit, especially after a hard day at school or sports. Such a win-win.
