> 3 dayThe printing is fine, but how do you sell a printer with a cartridge that is only able to print 42 pages before it runs out. When I bought the printer, the description stated 900 pages per cartridge. Now I have to rush around trying to find a replacement. Very disappointing.

> 3 dayIf all you need is a printer to knock some stuff out, this will mostly do the job. If you need quality prints or any kind of speed or usability, best to look elsewhere. What it does: b&w, colour, double-sided, scan-copy-print, wireless. It also has a small footprint, which is nice. It has an ADF feed on top, but the menus for single-sided or double-sided copies are not well written, so it doesnt work that well. What it doesnt do: the quality of the colour prints is not great. They are faded and not true to colour. Word is that the ink cost adds up, so we have been choosing b&w when possible. Its a pain to use the scanner - theres a back and forth between pushing buttons on the printer and pushing buttons on your computer. Its also Very Slow, and doesnt do a great job of letting you scan several pages into different files - you have the restart the whole scan process for each new one. Copy/scan quality is not great. Tech support exists, but is frustrating. The printed installation instructions inside the box turned out to be wrong, so I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with tech support setting up the wireless. But at least they were there, so maybe thats something. The printer told me to install software that was already on my computer - why didnt it detect it? All in all, I would say that the Epson WF-2960 is better than not having a printer, but thats as far as I can go.

> 3 dayThey did an update on their software which now requires you to only use thier brand ink or the printer will not funtion. This is a complete rip off to anyone who purchased these printers in the past. Do not buy this product.

> 3 dayI found this printer easy to set up using the touch screen. It prints pretty quickly in both black & white and color. I have not printed any personal photos yet, just some color screenshots and diagrams and all looked good. Not really sure why the other person left 1 star. Since it had been awhile since i purchased a printer thought the price was good for all-in-one, however the cartridges were pricey which is reason for 4-star so hope they last awhile. The only thing odd to me was it prints the last page first, maybe that is how they all work or a setting I need to change. I wanted a printer that included fax capability and when setting up realized I no longer have a landline to plug it into, so will have to figure out how to make that fax feature work later.
