> 24 hourIve had a few good vacuums over the years (Im 65) but probably didnt start using them with any experience until the early 70s. Ive owned Kirby, Hoover, Miele and my most favorite was/is my Rainbow Cleaning System. 6 years ago I moved into a tiny house and my Rainbow was just too big and cumbersome for 400 sq ft. I purchased a inexpensive Eureka Blaze and was surprised at how easy it was to use yet actually did an adequate, no frills job in picking up the dust/dirt/pet hair and debris from my 100% vinyl plank flooring home. After almost 3 years, it began to lose suction and I again started my research into a small vacuum that was inexpensive and easy to use in my small tiny house with all hard surface flooring. My search led me to EUREKA WHIRLWIND bagless canister vacuum. THIS THING SUCKS ... as in a phenomenal way for any size vacuum cleaner ... I was blown away at such a fantastic job it did at picking up everything! I do have a few small rugs that it did a very good job on but because of its superb suction, I had difficulty keeping them on the floor. I first cleaned all 400 sq ft ... even though it was recently done just 4 days prior with my Eureka Blaze. Wow ... it filled up the canister around 3/4 full of stuff! Like most people have mentioned ... the retractable cord is nice ... and I found for a tiny house a 16 ft cord was plenty big ... but something perhaps for others to consider. Im 6 ft tall and enjoy having the telescoping metal portion totally extended and LOVED how flat the vacuum head pivots almost flat to go under furniture, etc ... a huge plus! The built-on retractable brush/crevice tool is a good addition for all items at eye level or below ... but it is totally impossible to use the attachment on my blinds or ceiling fans unless I hold it up by the handle ... doable but not ideal. Since Im pretty tall and was limited by the attachments length/reach ... I bought one of the recommended inexpensive set of attachments (6 piece set) which included a totally necessary adapter in order to make the attachments function with the Eureka Whirlwind. I attached the adapter to the end of the metal telescoping wand and then all of the brush/crevice attachments fit right into the adapter ... the results were perfect! I was able to clean the upper part of higher windows and even my ceiling fan! For those reviews who said these inexpensive attachments do not fit ... my guess (???) is that they forgot to use the provided adapter. Truthfully, for the price ... even with adding on the cost of the adapter with attachments ... it did a really, REALLY great job ... LOVE IT! As far as who I believe would benefit from purchasing this vacuum cleaner ... definately those who have all or mostly all hard surface flooring. Also, I think that people who are on a budget and dont mind a canister style vacuum cleaner ... they, too will love this. For me ... for this tiny house with solid surface flooring ... it is almost perfect. What would have made it perfect? Well, if the adapter and attachments would have been provided ... then it would pretty much have been perfect!!!

> 24 hourIve owned and used this sweeper for 2+ years. It works well on hard floors and the removable canister empties like a charm. Excellent sweeper for the price. When I first received this sweeper, the retractable cord feature didnt work. I returned it, they sent me a replacement, and Im so glad: the retractable cord feature is so stinkin satisfying. I dont have to deal with wrapping up the cord when Im finished and its awesome. I havent owned many sweepers in my life, but I am glad I purchased this one. - 25 year–old female

> 24 hourI live in a 1 bedroom apt. and am replacing a 25 year old Hover upright. First off, easy to assemble. Light weight, easy to tow. Plenty of cord to reach about. No bag with a useful detachable way to dump the dust or other stuff vacuumed up. The brush can rotate to reach under furniture is a plus. The handle has 3 suction settings so on the lowest setting it wont try to suck up a throw rug in the bathroom. Extended, the handle brush works fine for cleaning window stills and vacuuming furniture. Lowering the brush extension on the brush works really well on hard floors as well. The tube adjustable connection between the hose and brush allows people of different height fit right in. Over all, A well thought out vacuum.

> 24 hourThis machine is everything I needed and more. I was initially looking for a cordless stick vacuum but after ordering a couple with great reviews and which I had to return due to not living up to my expectations; I decided to get this one, which would replace an old Kenmore which was pretty good but too old and broken, and boy was I happy I gave it a chance! This machine is a beast, you can actually feel it sucking up anything on the floor, carpet or furniture. Cleaning it is quick and easy and you can even rinse/wash the filter and container where the filter sits. This machine is also much cheaper than the ones I tried before and definitely more superior in quality. Love it!!!

> 24 hourMuch easier to vacuum under furniture. Emptying the canister gives one a sense of accomplishment and amazement, kinda fun. That the canister is cleaned after each use helps bypass the unpleasant smell of a vacuum with a bag. More economical and earth friendly without the bags. Actually fun so far.

> 24 hourI have been using this vacuum cleaner for nearly a year now, and overall, I have mixed feelings about its performance. While it boasts some excellent features, I have encountered consistent issues with its suction power that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. The he main drawback lies in the suction power, which has been underwhelming from the beginning. Despite following all the maintenance instructions and regularly cleaning the filters, I find that the vacuum struggles to pick up debris efficiently, especially larger particles like pet hair or crumbs. It often requires multiple passes over the same area to achieve satisfactory results, which can be time-consuming and frustrating. I have also noticed a decline in suction strength over time. While the vacuum initially performed adequately, its effectiveness seems to have diminished gradually. This issue persists even after checking for clogs and ensuring that all components are properly assembled. Its disappointing to have to deal with subpar suction, as this is one of the most crucial aspects of any vacuum cleaner.

> 24 hourVery good suction (pet-free household), works well on hard and carpeted floors, super easy to clean, loving the in-built brush to reach narrow spaces, optimal cord length (can do a large room without reconnecting). Key drawback- wobbly attachment of the wand/tube, doesn’t sit tight, gets disconnected easily (you can work around it, but the design could certainly be improved).

> 24 hourMy 7 year old grandson loves using it so much he vacuums all the time. My house has never been so clean. Great purchase. Besides this, we have an area rug that gets lots of sand from people coming in to go to the restroom from the pool. This vacuum gets the sand out in bucket loads.
