I bought a higher wattage than what I needed but I love it especially how quiet it is.

This has nothing to do with the product. its awesome. This is because of the easy to open packaging. this consisted of shipping it in shrink wrap and sticking a shipping label on it. the shrink wrap and the packaging did not fair well and im sending it back because the last thing i need is a damaged power supply. just buying this from the Microcenter near me instead. at least i can make sure itll be in decent shape at the store. i guess ill need to pay attention to the packaging next time.

My old PSU was a Chinese knockoff I bought 5 years ago when I was 16. My PC had been crashing during heavy gaming (Microsoft Flight Simulator VR, Skyrim with 200+ GB of mods). If youve never had a PC crash while in VR, you should know that its VERY nausea-inducing. Not very fun.

My 2 month old G3 750watt PSU is having issues with Eco Mode. When its on, the fan will still spin. Also, when just idling at desktop, every few minutes it will spin up to 100% randomly.

Im a fan of evgas power supplies. Theyre sturdy and competitively priced.
