I will always trust EVGA stuff to be of good quality. That said, humans can make mistakes and thats what I blame this on. My EVGA Supernova 850 G5 came today and after checking the contents inside I found that it was missing the SATA cables. Not a huge loss, I mean, it could be worse right? Still, if I was connecting(which I will be later down the line) any extra drives to my new PC outside of the M.2 Ill be using, I will need to get extra SATA cables elsewhere.

This Compact power supply paired with a 12700k and 3080 graphics card gets extremely hot and has a ridiculous 0-100 fluctuating fan curve making it unbearably annoying to hear while playing any game or doing intensive GPU tasks.

I was building my first computer and didn’t get around to testing the Psu. When I got around to it the light turned on but the unit itself didn’t work. Very upset

Be aware the fan will make a little chirping noise upon start up which EVGA states is due to the fluid dynamic bearings and I even ordered a replacement to be sure and it sounded the same. Otherwise the unit is dead silent even when not in eco mode and the flat cabling is awesome and looks clean.

Since I had the computer half taken apart to replace the chassis fan, I decided to do a PSU upgrade as well. This gives me the capability to replace my GTX 1070 with a more beefy video card when Im ready. The EVGA 750 PSU is well packed and comes with plenty of cables and even a test connector so you can power it up without having it connected to a motherboard. This is handy for verifying it is functioning and for possibly working on water cooled equipment when you dont want your CPU/GPU running.

I had the psu installed for 3 days and it popped trying to get warranty ( they claim 10 year warranty ) is like trying to pull teeth from a lion while its chewing on you

This is the best Modular Power Supply at the lowest price that you would want to power your desktop. This Power Supply is totally capable of running all of your internal components at their maximum efficiency. This was definitely the best purchase I could have made.

The PSUs fan bearing was making a loud weird grinding noise Im not too sure if I just got a defective unit or all of them all like this, not great and wouldnt recommend

This is my first time to buy and use an evga power supply. At first i was hesistant, but upon reviewing feedbacks from other buyers. I decided to buy one. When the product came, it doesnt dissapoint me. The product is very neat, easy to install and most of all, very quiet. I would recommend this product, especially to those who werent sure what brand of power supply to choose.
