> 3 dayIt works great, and I haven’t had any issues with it. I think it’s a great purchase.

> 3 dayI purchased this PSU as I was upgrading my GPU and needed a higher wattage. After installing, I eagerly switched the power on... to nothing. A small click and a flash of a VGA LED motherboard light were the only indications of life. Try as I might I spent hours and hours troubleshooting; clearing CMOS in every way possible, rewiring the entire computer, quadruple checking all ports for loose connections, and unseating the GPU to run without. All of this to no avail. I gave up and headed to the nearest Microcenter to get it looked at. They were attentive and genuinely interested in fixing my machine, and quickly found out that, you guessed it, my brand new PSU was busted. And no way to repair, besides buy another.

> 3 dayIts super quiet, even with Eco mode off, it stays cool under load, and delivers the promised power. I would probably recommend the same one to others, but with some caveats:

> 3 dayTheres a lot of hate for evga PSUs but its fine. Make sure you buy sleeves! Its a lot easier to install then the ones that comes with the PSU.

> 3 dayThis is an older model, as a new one is now available, even at a cheaper price, but I trust this model as it has been powering my other Media Editing PC with no problems. The voltages are nice and steady with no drifting. The fan will not turn on unless youre pushing the unit hard. The fan on my older PC still looks new with no dust because it doesnt need the cooling. It operates in a room where the temperature in the summer stays around 80 degrees Fahrenheit with the PC rendering with Daz Studio and Video Editing and sometimes Blender 3d. I really like that you only add the wiring you need for your PC build. This keeps things nice and neat and allows for better air flow inside the PC case.

Greater than one weekAs I run 4x HDD and 2xDVD ROM, its difficult to configure the SATA cables as each comprises three plugs, daisy-chained. As the input connectors for the HDDs and ROMs are orientated 90% apart, I could not easily connect the 4th HDD and ROMS together. My previous PSU featured 4xSATA on each SATA output. A solution, of course, would be a SATA power extension to allow it to reach, but this should not be required. Just make the cables and distances between the SATA plugs longer.
