I bought t it for my kid that have a snake in a tank of the same brand. Im happy because now the pet will not ran out of her terrarium

The top number was to loose when I purchased but used it anyway. Then it broke and wouldn’t unlock while in use on my terrarium. After 20 minutes of trying to unlock the thing I had to use wire cutters to get it off.

I just bought his back in November (2015). It has already fallen apart (April 2016). This is the third one I have purchased in 2 years. Im the only one who opens the lock, so I know it is not being handled roughly. Looks like Im going to need to figure something else out to keep my snakes habitat secure since I cant imagine purchasing another one is going to turn out any differently.

The only downside is I had to order 2 due to how my cage doors are. I have the 40 gallon zoo med open front tank (not a starter kit), so I need a lock for each door.
