UPDATE: When purchased in 10/2018 both the shampoo and the conditioner came with pumps!!! Thank you so much for adding these. They are great and help tremendously with the bottles being so big and little hands. The only sad thing is I purchased pumps when I ordered because I knew wed need them so now we have extra. Oh well, it was still a nice jester on the companys part. Thanks again!! ORIGINAL: We found out that a cousin that was at our house playing had head lice, a few days after the fact. We did a preventative Rid treatment (against my preference because of all the chemicals) because I did not want to deal with head lice in our home. Everyone was treated with Rid, we checked every other day with combs, then did a second treatment and thankfully, haven’t seen a thing. I purchased these for daily use throughout the school year. Having a false alarm scare was all I needed to know that head lice is really not something I want to deal with. The smell is really nice, and everyone in the house is using this with the shampoo. Hopefully it really will work well!!

It gets the main job done - no lice in over a year. But it seems to leave my kids hair not as manageable as a regular shampoo/conditioner. Also dropping one more star as twice now the pump has broken and we didnt keep the original cap..

My daughter has been using this product for the past 3 years (since she started school), and she hasn’t gotten lice yet. Plus it smells good and her hair is super soft!

This product came highly recommended to us when our son started school and got lice for the first time within the first 2 weeks of school hes now been in that school for 3 years and no problem since we started using this shampoo and conditioner thank you fairy tails for excellence in keeping those nasty little things away from hair! I highly recommend buying this and using it every day for your child while they are in school especially in elementary or preschool or day care because you never know and in the meantime they can easily catch lice anytime but this stuff works at preventing it from ever happening I will constantly keep using it on him. And he does not mind the scent or anything its overall very pleasant!!!

I’ve ordered this many times for my daughter, and normally love it! But this time the conditioner was as runny as the shampoo. Very confused and disappointed.

I love fairy tales shampoo and conditioner. I use it on my daughter everyday along with lice shield spray. Total fan of both products.

my daughter has been using fairy tales rosemary repel products for almost 4 years-ever since her preschool had an out break of lice and one of the moms suggested it. she has never gotten lice. i guess i cant say 100% that its this product because i also pull her hair up almost everyday, but if its the slightest chance that this is the reason, its worth it. i use the shampoo and conditioner every school night, followed by the leave-in conditioner at night and again in the morning. at first, i hated the smell, and its a VERY strong smell, but over time its grown on me, and shes actually been complimented on it. i also douse her backpack in the spray at least once a week. my son has had lice once (i didnt think to use it on him) and anyone whos dealt with lice knows you cant be too careful!!!

Ive been using this conditioner (and the associated shampoo) on my daughter since the beginning of the school year. Lice has been rampant in her classroom, yet despite weekly notifications of new cases, she has not gotten it to date. She has very long hair as well, so lice is definitely a concern. Bonus, the products smell really good and clean her hair well.

When school starts back this is a must! Don’t have to use a lot hair is silky soft the smell is amazing ! Also you never have to worry about head lice it gets rid of them and keeps them gone ! It also cuts back on having to shampoo and condition their hair detangler is excellent if needed !
