I have owned this machine for almost two years and use it regularly for personal use. I also sell some of my items. Never have had any issues with it.

So simple to set up. Just let it heat up after I turned it on. And got right to pressing shirts. Very simple to use. Messaged the manufacturer for help and got a response within an hour. They were super helpful. Cant ask for better.

So far, so good! The digital display has one light out, but doesn’t affect the operations at all. For the money, it is completely worth it.

I use this primarily for personal use and gifts. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now. While it gets the job done, it can be difficult to open back up after it’s clamped down. I have the jiggle down to open it back up, but the entire heat press will at times lift up. That could be dangerous if we were unable to open it back up. It may just need to be mounted down to it’s own table. So far though, I’ve been able to complete my projects in a breeze. For that, it’s worth it to me! Saves me so much time versus using my home iron.

I was having issues with this press and reached out to the customer service Facebook page because thats all they offer. They couldnt even tell me the settings the press needed to be set on. Do not waste your money on this brand! Go with a company that will back their products. I rarely use my press maybe 6-10 times a year and it stopped heating unless I set the press to 999 then it gets waayyy to hot after the 2nd year.

I bought this March 2017, to start making my own shirts as a I have a vinyl machine. I bought a swing away first and I hated it! There’s no room to see where the design goes on the shirt and the design can move. The clamshell is the way to go and 15x15 is plenty big enough. I’ve not had any problems!

This heat press is very user friendly. I have only used it for 3 shirts. But, I have been very impressed with it so far.

Although this is commercial equipment, I feel that it is too heavy for just anyone to use. It is very hard to open and close. I am impressed with the ease of use otherwise. It is a great press at adhering vinyl to clothing. The 15X15 size is a great size for pressing.

Have had my press for over 6 months and I have been extremely satisfied with it so far. Is so much easier than trying to get HTV to stay on with an iron. I like the size, it is great for when I am working with larger T-shirts. The digital readout is easy to read and makes it great to be able to see the temp easily. I highly recommend this press if you are in the market for one.
