> 3 dayI was hesitant about purchasing a heat press on here. It’s so convenient and I love it. The only thing I’m not sure about is a ticking sound once it’s turned on.

> 3 dayOnce I figured out how to get it to lock down its perfect and works great!! Just a piece of advice for first time if you cant get it to lock down, back adjustment out until it will lock down. It is a little hard to push down but once you get the hang of it, its great! Heats up quick.

> 3 dayI bought this heat press over 3 years ago now and it still works just as good as it did when I first bought it. Durable, easy to use and consistent - I have been very happy with this purchase. I use it for vinyl and sublimation and works great every time for each use. Would absolutely recommend this heat press.

Greater than one weekInstructions where poor! Had to figure things out on my own since I have never used a heat press before. There was no warranty information with the item and I have searched the Internet and sent question regarding warranty with no results. Once I figured it out the projects have turned out fine, but that hardly makes up for the poor instructions and no warranty. Nowhere in the original description did it say no warranty. Very poor customer service, I dont care how it works I will not buy from this manufacturer again!

> 3 dayI have zero experience with a heat press. My friend has been helping me and its very easy to use. I keep it on 350 degrees and use parchment paper instead of the other recommendations. Everything has turned out great.

> 3 dayThis is my first heat press. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and it’s been very consistent with the results when making T-shirt’s. I’ve used it for HYV vinyl and also Transfer paper and the results have been amazing. Even heat distribution and the plate itself heats up pretty quickly. Great value for the money. Worth every penny!

> 3 dayIt took me a little trial and error before I resorted to some YouTube videos to finally figure out exactly how to work this press. The only complaint I would have is that I wish there were better instructions. Once you get past the learning curve of working the machine it is FANTASTIC! It’s taken my shirt game to a whole new level :)

> 3 dayI havent used it yet as Im taking a course in Eco Printing with a Heat Press and will try it then. It came on time, packed very well...all assembled, just had to lift it out of the box. Instructions included. Im anxious to try it, it seems very straight forward to use.

> 3 daySept 12 has been 2 years that I have had this heat press. I worked awesome when I first received it. It now no longer heats correctly in the middle. I am having to reposition shirts each time I use it to get the design to stick in the middle. I can now not really do sub transfers because of this. When I lift the top it will pull the paper with it leaving no design in the middle. I do not use this machine daily. Maybe a few times a month. Now I am on the search for a new one.
