Greater than one weekPurchased through Amazon Warehouse and saved about $20, said the packaging might be damaged but it looked fine on arrival. Arrived in overall good shape, but missing the Teflon sheet and no setup/operating manual. The bottom plate wasnt aligned and square with the heat platen, but was able to loosen the mounting screws and square it up. Will be firing it up tomorrow, will update the review then. Have also reached out to the supplier regarding the missing parts, awaiting a response. UPDATE 5/29/21: Messaged the manufacturer thing through their FB account, received a response within a few hours. They pointed out that the press was purchased used through Amazon Warehouse and not through them. They provided an electronic copy of the manual, and links to many setup and usage videos from their YouTube account. They are also sending the missing Teflon sheet as a goodwill gesture, thats some solid customer service. Have used the press a half dozen times so far, works great and produces quality finished products. Have used both HTV and sublimation prints, great results for both. Using my IR temperature gun to measure the platen temps versus the controller settings, within 10°F of setpoint and consistent throughout the platen. If you need to use an extension cord to power this unit, keep it as short as possible and 12AWG size. Undersized or long extension cords will contribute to issues with the controller or press failure, and also create a safety hazard for your home or business.

> 3 dayWell just got my desk reorganized so everything fits and thought the beeping and it showing three HHH and the temperature bouncing around was because of where it was plugged in and I see in other reviews that someone else had the same problem. Looks like it will be sent back and I will find a different brand to purchase.

> 3 dayFor the price, this press works really well! The temperature is a little off (mine runs about 25 degrees hotter than what it’s set to), but if you just use an IR temperature gauge you can easily figure out how to adjust it. There is about a15-25 degrees variation from the middle of the platen to the edge, so I tend to adjust a couple degrees hot to find the perfect balance. In application this difference doesn’t make a huge problem. Pressure is also pretty even, not perfect, but dang close, and much better than my previous heat press from Wish. I have been using this for sublimation for the last few months and it works really well. Not flawless like you expect a $2000 machine to be, but for less than a tenth of that, this machine is amazing! Timer works perfect too!

> 3 dayvery good heating, it works well for my purpose, though the lid doesnt sit exactly overtop of the base, its not detrimental for my purposes. However do notice that it doesnt heat completely evenly, again not a big issue as long as the temperature comes up to the needed temperature for sublimation, and i leave it there for a few min before actually using it. Because ive noticed once or twice where the sides of my project dont get sublimated completely (there are pale patches on the edge of my fabric). However if you are using it for shirts then it is fine since the center is the hottest. I use it for long pieces of fabric where i have to press twice to get the full piece. Sometimes if im not patient enough and start pressing the moment it comes up to temperature there is a chance that the edge of my fabric doesnt get fully sublimated.
