Way to use and not too heavy.

I bought mine less than 6 months ago: after having to replace another j had bought 6months before that. Unfortunately already it’s not heating evenly. I do sublimation on most of my orders. And have had to replace shirts bc of uneven heating.

Great heat press for starters very easy to use and set up

Top plate is loose, I am exchanging it in hopes to get a one that is not loose.

Ive purchased 4 of these in the past 2 years. They have been workhorses and Ive always been please with them. However, earlier this year, one of them died (after putting in an honest years work. no biggie, it was worth it) so I purchased my 4th one. It was purchased in May 2022 and received in June 2022. As of a couple of weeks ago, it started shutting off in the middle of presses. Beeping nonstop for no reason. And only half of it is heating. Ive tried reaching out to customer service to see if there is some sort of replacement policy or warranty. So far, no luck. I will update if I hear back from them. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: Customer Service did send a replacement for the above-mentioned press. But now another press is doing the same thing and is only a few months old. The presses are great, they just cant really handle high-volume business.

Was a gift for my wife for Christmas. And she likes it and said it fits her needs for now. Ill try to update the use 5 months from now.

I used this heat press at least 2 to 3 times a week. I went to use it one day and was in the middle of pressing a large order of shirts and the press started to lose heat. I turned it off and back in but it never regained heat. I turned it off for a whole day and then turned it back on and it worked for one press. Then it lost heat and it has never regained heat. The warranty was up after one year so there was nothing I could do about it. I do not recommend this heat press. Not worth your money to lose it after one year.

I am so very happy with my purchase. Very easy to use because it came out of the box that way!! Will recommend to anyone looking for a heat press.
