> 24 hourIve never in my life spent so little to be so happy with something as simple as a tape measure. Ive spent big money (in terms of tape measures) on leading industry and trade brands. This is far and away better than any others Ive used. And it has a pencil sharpener built in, lol. What more could you ask for?

> 24 hourI love this tape measure. I dont know why they call this a reverse although that IS the reason I bought it. I think all the other tape measures should be called reverse. Most people (like 90%) write with their right hand, as do I. When I use a tape measure, I hook it from right and pull it to the left, so I end up with the tape measure in my left hand and my pencil in my right hand ready to make a mark on the piece of wood Im to cut. When I do this Im looking at all the numbers and fractions upside down. So I have to crank my head around to read a normal tape measure. I was at home depot trying to buy a tape measure like this one, but they had none. They had about 2000 regular measures but not one reverse. I even had the guy working there demonstrat to me how he uses a tape measure, and sure enough he uses it just like me, and has to crank his head around to read the numbers. I guess people are use to reading from left to right, but with numbers it takes about 4 second to get use to reading from right to left. Ill never buy a normal tape measure again. Oh yeah, It has a pencil sharpener, two separate locks, one that snaps in place and the other your finger has to hold (which is really convenient) and it has a dry erase surface on its side to write your measurements so you dont need paper. I dont usually get too excited about a tape measure, but this thing is sweet. I dont know how tough it is, because I havent had it for very long, but it seems nice and heavy and sturdy.

> 24 hourIm partial to this tape because of the clarity of the Righty-Lefty feature, the built -in pencil sharpener, the ease of using the belt clip, and for the fact Im usually the only one using it on a sight where everybody else is using silver, or yellow ones from the local box store, thus reducing the chances of it accidentally ending up in the wrong toolbox.
