has a USB plug. you just slide the controllers on it. works as intended. will always shine green when plugged in (including if theres no controller plugged in) unless its charging one.

It does the job but it loses connection and flickers often.

The controllers charge well, each dock has a nice bright green light that turns red when charging and overall I think they look pretty cool. You’ll never have a dead controller with this puppy no matter how much Mario party you and the family play! Must buy!

The charging station emits a very bright light when it is plugged in. We found it distracting to have next to our TV and have to keep it unplugged, which kinda defeats the purpose in my opinion. It doesnt seem to charge the joycons particularly fast either - at least no faster than plugging them in like normal would.
