These are a find bulb, they still get hot, but cooler than the halogen. Be sure to use gloves or paper towel to handle. Highly recommend.

I have five puck undercabinet lights with a dimmer. With standard halogen, I had to visit Home Depot about once every two months. I moved to this Xenon bulb. Though the bulbs do burn down, I went to my history and found I have used six bulbs in the last 24 months. Now, did each last 4,000 hours? Assuming I use the lights six hours a day, they should last 666 days --close to two years. But, as I said, this really is more like 2,000 hours. Still, these light bulbs do last significantly longer than standard halogen. If the packaging stopped claiming 4,000 hours, and claimed around 2,000 instead, I would give this product five stars. Yet, this bulb does beat standard halogen down pat! ---- Something of interest is that low voltage puck light bulbs last much, much longer... So far, in my case, I have never had to replace any of those in about six years!!!

Purchased these bulkbs as replacement for burned out bulbs in my over range lighting, they work well and provide very bright lighting.

Bulbs are the same as I use and pay 3x the price at a local store. A little loose on the fit but they work good so far.

What can I say, they are light bulbs and they work. Half the price of Lowe’s

Ive paid 3 times as much at my local store. They are the same brand, type, and quality as I purchased locally.

If the device this is in gets lightly tapped, the light will go off for a week and not work. Very touchy, and the light output is very dim.
