These are nice for a childs luggage however not for an adult. The photos are misleading thet are very small. I would not recommend

I got this case during Amazon prime days for international travel 3 months after I got it. I specifically got it for the TSA lock accessibility. I went on my trip and when coming home at one point my zipper was zip tie closed. I needed scissors to open my suitcase. When I opened it up there was a notification slip from TSA saying they opened it. When I tried to use the locks they wouldn’t stay locked. I contacted Amazon for help. They said it was out or the ‘return’ timeline which I already knew but was hoping since I got it during prime days something could be done. Nope, nada, no help. I contacted this manufacturer customer service. I relayed the same information as above and they asked for the Amazon purchase ID and invoice. As soon as I supplied this information the suitcase was replaced under the 10 year warranty. As for the durability of this case it made the trip to Italy, had several moves putting luggage in the bus compartment, and then several plane transfers to home. There were very few scratches on the case and the color stayed true. There were no dents either. I will be getting the smaller case to match for carry on luggage for future shorter travel. A very happy traveler using this luggage thanks to the manufacturer customer service.

It looks good and works well

I’m complete satisfied with my experience. I purchased the white suitcase and it looks very clean and sleek. The zipper is great quality. Wheels are smooth like butter, handle extends flawlessly, lock it easy to set up and very useful, easy to wipe down, and super lightweight

This is a good suitcase. It’s smaller then expected but that’s most likely on me. The zipper broke the moment I I tried to use it. The wheels also come not attached to the suitcase and they don’t stay on super well. I have only used it once so far and it has been good but definitely not a long term suitcase

I only used this suitcase for one trip and 2 of the 4 wheels were missing. The seller said they would send me replacement wheels due to it being 2 weeks old and only lasted one flight. I never received the replacement wheels. I would never purchase this brand ever again. Wheels are not durable.

The luggage set is very nice. Looks just like the picture. It’s not as thick as I expected. The material is thin so this will only be used for short local getaway trips.

Can definitely see how other reviewers suitcase have bent in you can feel how flimsy the outside plastic is. I think it’s work if you see road-trip or domestic flying but I was too worried about bringing this to my trip to Europe so I returned it; didn’t feel sturdy enough. The inside is also pretty shallow and zippers didn’t feel secure. The outside zipper w the TSA lock was nice though.

I was so excited to use this suitcase. First worrisome sign was that the stitching on the sides of the zipper split when I zipped it closed the first time. It wasn’t even full, so there’s no reason that the stitching should have broken at all. THE WORST PART IS THAT I FOUND THE BAG COMPLETELY OPEN AT BAGGAGE CLAIM! At some point during the short flight, the zipper completely split open. Again, it wasn’t even full. I then had to struggle to drag a broken suitcase, with my clothes spilling everywhere, through the airport. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I’m fuming.

I got this for an incoming trip, so I can’t say how it holds up yet, but it looks really sharp and love the small cosmetic bag which really is a good size. The wheels seem sturdy as well as the zippers. Fingers crossed it travels as well as it looks!
