Unable to unlock. 000 didnt work. Pressing the button to reset didnt work. I watched all videos from the company and nothing works. There is a similar review from someone and they posted a video. Buyer beware. Pay more for a legit brand.

Bought two of these for trip with my family. In one use the zipper stitching came undone & left us with our items exposed when traveling. Very disappointed.

My 11 year old travels everywhere for sports and she is so excited about this! She especially loves that there’s a separate case for all of her “Bath and Body” collection!

I was a little disappointed by the size, but I was trying to travel with only the carry on for this quick trip. It worked well and its nice and light and easy to maneuver.

I purchased this suitcase for an overseas trip. I love the wheels and the handle. When the suitcase is upright on the wheels, you can place your carry-on strap over the handle and rest the bag on top of the case, so it is easy to get around the airport. This is the first time using a hardshell case and I like it much more than a soft suitcase. The only issue I had was figuring out the TSA locks. I would definitely recommend!

The luggage set is very nice. Looks just like the picture. It’s not as thick as I expected. The material is thin so this will only be used for short local getaway trips.

I was definitely surprised at how tiny it was. Cute luggage but definitely not worth the price.

It’s lightweight and a great color, but the wheels fall off! look elsewhere, this is not worth the hassle.

Im sure I would have loved this suitcase but received it the day before vacation and it had only 3 WHEELS! Useless! What happened to quality control? Cmon!! RETURNED

I was so excited to use this suitcase. First worrisome sign was that the stitching on the sides of the zipper split when I zipped it closed the first time. It wasn’t even full, so there’s no reason that the stitching should have broken at all. THE WORST PART IS THAT I FOUND THE BAG COMPLETELY OPEN AT BAGGAGE CLAIM! At some point during the short flight, the zipper completely split open. Again, it wasn’t even full. I then had to struggle to drag a broken suitcase, with my clothes spilling everywhere, through the airport. This was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I’m fuming.
