> 24 hourUsed this for one trip and the handle on the small case would not fully extend, then it completely broke. Very cheap plastic parts used in the extending handle. Nice luggage otherwise, but not very useful without a working handle. Would not buy again.

The medium-sized bags wheel caved in on its first trip, so I had to drag around a lopsided bag for the rest of the trip. It was terrible. The company says they are sending me a replacement, so I will give it another chance. After contacting the company, they promptly sent a replacement bag. Dealing with the Feybaul company has been a positive experience. I am looking forward to my next trip. Hopefully, my new luggage will not disappoint. Thank you Feybaul!

> 24 hourIve used the largest of the three Suitcases on three trips. The inside zipper which closes the one side has already broken. I am in the middle of a weekend trip, so this is extremely inconvenient. The rest of the suitcase is fine, which is why Ive not given the set as a whole a lower rating. I have had the wheels fall out, but they will snap back in. I would not purchase this set again. Edited: At the end of that trip one of the wheels fell off, rendering the suitcase useless. Thus my point about it being not durable is reiterated.
