I love the color but cant get it unlocked I plead mercy.. I cannot get it unlocked. So I cannot use it.. can a yo e help me. I am going out of town May 15 until June 4 wanted to usr this luggage bit now I cannot.. its been past 30 days but now what? I am out of $180. I bought this light-weight, nice looking three piece set of luggage for travel. The medium-sized bags wheel caved in on its first trip, so I had to drag around a lopsided bag for the rest of the trip. It was terrible. The company says they are sending me a replacement, so I will give it another chance. After contacting the company, they promptly sent a replacement bag. Dealing with the Feybaul company has been a positive experience. I am looking forward to my next trip. Hopefully, my new luggage will not disappoint. Thank you Feybaul!

Used this for one trip and the handle on the small case would not fully extend, then it completely broke. Very cheap plastic parts used in the extending handle. Nice luggage otherwise, but not very useful without a working handle. Would not buy again.

The wheels constantly fall off! Not worth it.

We took this on a cruise and it held up great. Rolls smoothly and lightweight too.

The purple color is metallic and gorgeous! Purchased the set so that I only pack and bring what I really need in the size that is managable for me to travel with. I used the smaller luggage for short trips (1 week) and a mix of small and medium for my last trip (one month). Havent used the largest size yet. Used YouTube to learn how to pack compactly. Also, the removable wheels are handy when nesting the smaller luggage into the next size up before storing the luggage in my closet - one of the best features of this luggage set!

I went with this because there were good reviews. There were a few that said they lost wheels, but they were older, so I assumed it was fixed. It was not. lost wheels on 2 of the suite cases. Returning. Do not waste the money or time since to return you have to go through the process of packaging, etc. yourself.
