Doesn’t open

Initially we thought these are nice suitcases. They appear rugged on the outside and the wheels are great, but…. Inside the zipper for the piece to separate the two sides broke on the second use. It was not over loaded, it just started to separate and has not been able to be reattached. We like the luggage just wish it all worked like it should.

I love the color but cant get it unlocked I plead mercy.. I cannot get it unlocked. So I cannot use it.. can a yo e help me. I am going out of town May 15 until June 4 wanted to usr this luggage bit now I cannot.. its been past 30 days but now what? I am out of $180.
