These are great wheels. They roll VERY smoothly and the locks work well, too. I mounted them to a tool cart I made and they work perfectly. After a bad experience with wheels purchased at a big box store I went with these. Liked them so much I ordered 4 more for a second cart Im building. Highly recommend!
