Only an inch of wood at ends..it actually came apart ..texture too rough for my birds comfort

Both of my African Grey Parrots love their new perches!

I have an African Gray. Picture is misleading, the perch will not comfortably fit a macaw on the front, its a lot smaller than that. At least half the size, if not a third. Bird likes it though. Its wearing down her toenails, which is nice, and she sleeps on it every night now. She has other perches and Im not sure what makes this one her favorite, but she likes it.

I bought this to use as a perch on top of cage. My red crowned Amazon loves it! Great color and quality. Would purchase again.

This one is great. Helps with filing nails and beak and was easy to install. When cleaning I say use only soap and water since it’s rough texture makes it hard to clean.

I have been looking for a perch like this for years. I cant fit a straight perch on front of my Timnehs food dish which forces him to sit on the edge of his dish. Putting one beside the dish didnt get him get off of his dish. This works great, allows him better grip while eating, and helps him be happier while eating.

It would be ok if it were made for a big parrot. However, it seems to be way too small for our large parrot. Not good for a macaw parrot.

Sturdy, well assembled, just got it so I havent put it in cage yet....well packaged.

Its his new favorite perch! And hes very picky
