I am very fussy about keyboards, and find most inexpensive ones to be awful, not least because they generally have little travel or tactile feedback, and have inconsistent feel. This one is a real gem. It is very positive, the keys have excellent feel and action, and provide distinct feedback. It is also not as clacky as many of the alternatives with blue switches, yet still sounds very distinct. I dont use this for gaming, just normal everyday typing, and it would be hard to find a better keyboard for that use - and I have certainly tried! The blue backlighting is a bit vivid at its brightest, but can be dimmed in a series of steps until completely off. I like it on, and turn the brightness up or down to suit the ambient light level. I use this on a Mac - in fact a rather old Mac which is for distraction free writing, and it works well, though of course it lacks some of the Macs dedicated keys. Everything works however. It is exceptional value for money, and compares really well to my favorite keyboard of all time, a 1980s era Apple Extended II. That I have settled on using this one instead says everything.

The Ajazz AK33 is a 75% form factor mechanical keyboard with addressable RGB Zorro Black key switches, plastic case and aluminum top plate. For having a plastic housing there is very little flex which i attribute to the fairly thick aluminum top plate. This case is a low rise case so switches and lighting are visible from the side. Despite being a very light construction large rubber pads make this keeb very hard to slide on your desk surface. However due to being a lightweight construction where the only mass is in the top plate, this keyboard does sing quite a bit. Keystrokes will ring through the toplate. I o-ringed my alpha keys and that helped mildly. The key switches are Zorro Blacks but do not think these are Cherry Black clones. They remind me of Gateron optical yellows, slightly lighter in actuation weight than a Cherry Red, but also a higher actuation. If you are used to heavier or tactile switch this will result in accidental key presses initially. These switches are not the smoothest but are comparable to stock gaterons or outemu switches in smoothness. The lightness of the switches make this board a delight for gaming but not so much for long typing sessions. The big pitfall of this keyboard in my opinion are the keycaps. They appear to ABS and are VERY thin, they are slippery, and the legend is subpar at best. A new set of key caps would really make this board delightful to type on however the esc and delete key are 1.5u, and the end key is 1.25u rather than standard 1u which makes shopping for a set very unenjoyable. The non standard layout takes minimal time to adjust to in typing. Lastly the part this board does right, lighting. Colors are vibrant, distinct, but not harsh or distracting even when shoved up under my monitor on my small work space. The patterns are fun and you can individually address each key, however the software to do so is VERY clunky and poorly optimized. For the price and the feature set I do really like this keyboard and would recommend it to someone if they are in the market for a compact layout keyboard with RGB and are not looking for hotswap switches.

    * Summary: Great quality *for the price*. Feels solid and looks nice. RGB is bright enough. Keycaps are replaceable. The way its cut makes it really easy to keep clean. * Two things to ding about quality: 1) Inconsistent activation force for switches. Id say the tolerances on their blues are a bit wider. 2) Wiggley keys! This bugs me a lot actually. The keys are slightly more loose laterally than Im used to. In general the switches theyre using feel like the switches that are in my old Razer BlackWidow. * One thing about feel: This is a sharp keyboard. the keycaps have tight radius corners and the lack of a tray means your thumbs often touch the aluminum under-plate.

My son is into Fortnite and Apex. He watches gamers online and researches their set ups and why they are used. The keyboard was his last upgrade and he chose this with his chore money. He is very happy with it. I, however, hate the darn thing. He hits a key and you can hear the key stroke in the next county. He says this is normal and showed me set ups on YouTube to verify. He is right. Guess I will build him a sound proof room in the next state so he wont bother my old self when he plays his games.... oh, if it was only that simple.

Crazy good value for the money you’re spending. Keys are clicky (but not too loud) and very responsive. The soft blue lighting really brings it together as well. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap but well built keyboard.

Pretty cool for what it is. The RGB works out of the box; fn + f8 lets you swap RGB modes. Im not entirely used to the 82 key layout but it is SLICK. The switches are not entirely obnoxious, but I may switch out the key caps and stabilizers to something more soft and quiet.

Ajazz has brought it with this keyboard, a full RGB keyboard that rocks solid switches that rival cherrys. This board isnt the best when it comes to keycap quality, but what is lacks in that department it makes up for in overall build quaility. This thing is a beauty. Minus that glossy backing which I will be sanding down very shortly and adding a fresh coat of mate paint Overall its worth the buy for anyone who wants a compact and pretty keyboard that is also is a great template for keyboard moders who wants to customize the board to their own liking

Ive been using this every day for two years. My keyboard gets a LOT of use, both typing and gaming. I havent run into a single problem with this keyboard, the keys feel as fresh as they did when I first bought it. The RGB effects are very good with all sorts of different effects, if thats your thing. The compact design is great and saves space on your desk without feeling cramped in the actual keyboard. Seriously, at $50 I find it hard to be able to do much better at this price.

Love it. The cable is too short and after reboot Windows 10 doesnt recognize it, so I have to unplug and plug it back on login screen. There are no real drivers from Ajazz for Windows 10. The main reasons why that I got this keyboard was because it has a small footprint with the function keys pretty close. Even though I still use the solid lighting feature, I sometimes use the other rgb lighting modes just for fun.
