I really like this keyboard but I think if this keyboard came in brown and red outemu switches it could easily become a best seller. The black switches are linear switches which are heavier than the outemu red switches. My fingers got used to them after a week, but for rapid edits in fortnite I can feel the higher actuation force. I also am not a big fan of the small shift key on the left side of the keyboard. I still enjoy this keyboard and hopefully they will continue to update the design.

For the price, possible one of the best keyboards on the market. With relatively high quality Cherry Blue clones, a removable USB Mini cable, and many lighting options built into the firmware, i can confirm after some time using it that this keyboard is probably one of the best bang for your buck cheapo boards around. PROS: -brilliant RGB lighting -polished faceplate accentuates the colors -switches make a satisfying clicky noise like the Cherry Blues, but noticeable different -excellent packaging, and includes a plastic keycap puller (I recommend buying a wire keycap puller) CONS: -keys larger than the standard letter key feel somewhat stiff -manual is in Chinese

This 82 key 75% keyboard is, imo, a nice little piece of gear. I replaced a Blackwidow Ultimate with this, and am so far really happy with it. Ive got an RGB mobo and case fans, and while I dont have them strobing all over the place, its nice to change my color scheme to suit my mood or game Im playing. Im not so into keyboards that I need specific keypads or switches. This is nice and clicky, and can function just fine as a tiny form factor board with no lighting, subtle accents, or a vomit of rainbows. The pre-made modes are nice without drivers, but the software makes it really cool to make your own profiles. The software is in mandarin, but its fairly easy to figure out. It would also make a great travel board. It is fairly loud, but thats what I wanted. Im sure those with Filcos or Topres will look down on this as a cheap gimmick board, but its really just as functional, for me, at a fraction of the price. As always, try it and send it back to Amazon if you dont like it! One thing to note: 5-7 day shipping for this is actually a dollar more expensive than a month of PRIME, so its a better deal to just get prime and get it faster.

Overall it’s a well-rounded keyboard, especially for the price. As expected there are some downfalls because of it being so cheap, but it’s really not that bad. The imitation cherry mx blues sound really nice, but they do feel slightly mushy. I’ve read other reviews about this keyboard and in every single one they talk about the glossy back and it being a fingerprint magnet. I personally think it looks okay, but a matte finish would look great with the aluminum. One last thing, it’s difficult to find keycaps for a 75% keyboard, keep that in mind. Hope this helped!

I previously bought a keyboard from AJAZZ about three or four years ago, and they sent me the keyboard on the left side, which worked great. I had no problems with it during my four years of use. It did everything it should do and it was responsive and crisp. Overall it is a steal of a keyboard for the price. However, I had to buy a replacement after I spilled water on it, and some keys stopped working. I went to buy another keyboard from AJAZZ, because I thought I would get the exact same keyboard as I had gotten 4 years ago. Instead I received the keyboard on the right. It had black switches instead of the blue switches advertised, and the keycaps are different than the image. If you can get the keyboard advertised on the website, then it is a great keyboard. But I am taking stars off due to the lack of updating the product page when it is a drastically different keyboard than advertised.

This is a great starter mechanical keyboard. The switches are a solid entry level cherry clone. They are obviously not quite as good as the real thing but for the price they actually exceeded my expectations. The case build quality is solid and the key are a nice weight and quality. It comes with a variety of lighting modes that are simple and straight forward to use. Overall a great keyboard, the only draw back and what keeps it from a fifth star is the unorthodox layout that means you will have to get creative if you dont want to use the keyset that comes standard.

10/5/17 update: Im returning this. Today, the caps lock started getting triggered randomly despite my active avoidance of the caps lock key. And when it happens, the caps lock LED doesnt even turn on. As I use vim every day, this is very annoying and a hindrance to productivity. I regret cheaping out and will be purchasing a keyboard made by a reputable manufacturer. I bought this on a last-minute whim. Ive been eyeing the Razer BlackWidowTournament Edition for some time, after purchasing the Razer Mecha-Membrane keyboard not too long ago. I like the Mecha-Membrane, but it is a little too large to carry around on an everyday basis, plus I dont need a number pad for everyday usage. Pros: + The price point is good. For $50, you get a really nice-looking keyboard. Ive looked for other RGB compact mechanical keyboards but the ones I saw were either flooded with fake reviews or were poorly reviewed, which didnt inspire a lot of confidence. + The lighting effects are almost as nice as the Razer I have, but with the advantage of being able to change the effect without installing additional crapware. No offense to Razer or its fans, but I hate that you cant even (to my knowledge) cycle through the lighting effects without installing Synapse. For more complex and custom effects, I totally understand why Synapse would be required. + A keycap puller and brush are included. Cons - The keycaps are terrible! The ones on the end especially will fall off if you even look at them funny. Whenever I put this into my bag, I almost always have to scoop up the keys that got knocked out of place and put them back where they belong. The keycap puller is basically unnecessary because the keys are so loose. If theres any potential dealbreaker with this item, it would be the keys (more on that below). - The instructions are all in Chinese. I didnt have much trouble figuring out how to cycle through the lighting effects, control audio on my work machine (a MacBook Air), or adjust the brightness on the keyboard. But it still would have been nice to have instructions with more English than just the name of the product. - Very little pressure is required to actuate each key. Admittedly, this could be either a pro or a con, depending on what youre looking for. But so far for me its been a significant con. Overall, based on my initial impressions, Id give this 2.5 stars, but I rounded up. Between the softness/squishiness of the keys and the loose keycaps, Im on the fence about whether to return this. I will give it a chance because there are quite a few things I like about it and Ive not even had it a full day. I may try getting some different keycaps, but from reading the answers to questions about replacing them, it seems that would only be a partial fix because not all of them are standard-sized. The worst offenders (the esc and delete keys) are not standard-sized and therefore would not be possible to replace (see: https://www.amazon.com/forum/-/Tx38PWXL2JXJRXF/ref=ask_ql_ql_al_hza?asin=B01JG37496).

So my old keyboard bit the dust and I decided to get the same one again, it turns out its a newer revision, but thats not necessarily a bad thing. My new review is below, and the old review below that. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am very satisfied with my new Keyboard. This is my second Ajazz keyboard and it is a very good product. My old keyboard was damaged by liquid so I needed a replacement. I looked around at other keyboards and brands but decided to go with the same model from Ajazz, I was very happy with it before. I noticed that the keyboard I received is slightly different than my old one, like a newer revision. Ill go over the differences: First, the usb port is now USB C instead of the old USB Mini on the old keyboard. I like this because I have several USB C ports unused on my motherboard and so far only use them for my VR headset and a USB hub. This will allow me to free up one of my standard USB ports for other devices so Im glad for it. Second, I noticed the top row of keys is somewhat lower than the rest of the keys. Im not sure why this design choice was made, and Im not sure how I fell about it. It doesnt detract from the capability or performance of the keyboard, and it doesnt look bad or anything, just a bit odd. Next, the font on the keys is different. I like the new font more, it seems more Gamer than the old font. Lastly, the physical construction seems to be about the same, a metal striker/backplate and plastic shell for a base. The height adjustment legs only have one setting but seem sturdy, although I dont use them. The software is a bit better than the old version. It is still a bit cumbersome to navigate the website (in English) to find the software, but the software works much more smoothly when customizing the keyboard lighting and even has a few new animation profiles. Overall Im very satisfied with my new Keyboard, for the price you just cant get better than this. It does pretty much everything a Razer ten-key-less would and cost about half as much. I will probably stick with Ajazz for my next keyboard as well. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have never been so impressed with a keyboard. The keys are great, no wobble, very sturdy. The spacebar doesnt quite have as much click as the other keys, but its really a non issue. Packaging is great, very nicely packaged and the box looks cool. The software, unfortunately, does not come with the keyboard. It is possible to accomplish the same thing with keyboard macro/shortcuts, but its very time consuming to set individual key colors. The website is in chinese, and the english site just leads to a 404 error. To get the software I actually had to go through several forum threads on different sites to find a link to the software in someones drop box. Overall I am very satisfied with the keyboard, especially considering the price.

I dont game with this keyboard, but it is similar to the keyboard I use on my gaming computer. I use this keyboard for writing. I write books as well as short stories online. I have arthritis in my hands and find mechanical keyboards more comfortable to use. I am very satisfied with the feel of the keyboard. It is a great price, has a small footprint, and if you dont need the keypad I highly recommend it.
