Had to write this review just to add some balance. Been fighting left versus right handed products for 7 decades. Have small collection of left handed scissors. Yes, at one time there were more companies making them than now, even though now there are more left handed people in the world than before. Go figure. Any company that keeps manufacturing good products that serve the left handed community should not be undermined by reviews that will cut sales and diminish the odds we lefties will have these products in the future. More to set the record straight than to review these scissors, I have to say that if someone says this model number of Fiskar scissors is not truly left handed, they do not know what they are talking about. 1) The left handed blades will squeeze together to keep cutting edges working when used by a left handed person. Just the opposite with right handed scissors. 2) The blades are also positioned for someone left handed being able to see the cut. Just the opposite if a leftie is using right handed scissors. 3) If grips are ambidextrous, they will fit either left or right hand, and is the one area that is open to flexibility on the call of left versus right. The Fiskars are ergonomic for left handed person. All in all, Im miffed that anyone who is left handed would actually call these not truly left handed. Hope this review will nullify some of the damage done by a poor review. Lastly, Fiskar makes a really exceptional product.

Lefty scissors for my wife...poor girl...I got tired of seeing her struggle with right handed cutters and making a mess of it; these work great and are super sharp

Nice scissors for being left handed. The grips is somewhat small but i do have bigger hands. Good quality product by fiskers.

I bought these for my husband who is left handed and had complained about the right handed scissors that we had and how hard it was for him to cut things. He loves them and it makes it easy for him to do the jobs that he needs to do with these scissors! Thank you!

The left handed version of these scissors are the best scissors Ive owned for cutting fabric with. Ive had my pair for years. The movement is very smooth and tight and the scissors themselves are very sharp. I oil them lightly after every use to prevent rust and to make sure they are clean before I put them away.

The scissor is alright, but nothing to rave about. Its a scissor for gods sake. Its just not that high-tech.
