These resistance bands were perfect in color. Great size, and the carrying package made it better. Reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the strength could’ve been stronger. I had To use the extra hard one to feel any type of resistance

I was looking for a variety of loop bands to help rehab my hip and these are great. The extra light band is perfect for a few of the exercises I am doing. The resistance seems true to how much it says on the bands.

If you’re trying to workout at home and want some basic equipment, these are great. Each resistance level is useful for something and they’re super durable, don’t need to worry about them snapping.

The climate in Hawaii is hell on rubber leather, iron, and plastic. These exercise bands last a good while but fall apart after about a year and have to be replaced. Still worth it. Whats the alternative.

I ordered these for my parents after my mom had healed from a broken shoulder. They use them every morning following a couple of people on YouTube. They love them and can tell the increase in mobility and strength.

After getting plantar fasciitis, I overstretched and ended up with tendonitis in the same foot. These are helping me get over both issues. Just be aware that these are on the smaller size; not the larger ones used in many YouTube videos.

These definitely work for working out. So far we are at extra-light and light, and with two people using them for different workouts for about 30 minutes every day, they’ve held up so far. You can definitely feel the difference in each one. Good price point for the quality, very simple but effective. We got these to share in a tiny apartment so it’s great that they can fit in the bag it comes with and get tucked under a couch cushion or hung on a door and out of the way.
