Good for workouts

After using resistance bands in physical therapy, I bought two sets of these - - leaving one set as loops, and cutting the other set to have loose ends. What I like about bands is that you can just pick one up and do a set of exercises while reading, watching TV, etc., and a set weighs next to nothing and takes up little space in luggage. Free weights are not kind to my senior joints. Resistance is the way to go for me when it comes to toning and strengthening. A really easy way to help achy shoulder joints with various exercises.

I was looking for a variety of loop bands to help rehab my hip and these are great. The extra light band is perfect for a few of the exercises I am doing. The resistance seems true to how much it says on the bands.

Great for those that have a hard time getting to the gym. I have gifted a few of these to family members and they are putting them to good use!

The 5 different resistance levels made working through rehab very smooth. I started for a week using the x-light band and gradually worked my way into the x-heavy band.

Love that they came with a storage pouch to keep the bands together for easy access. Like the colorful options. I am very satisfied with these bands (3 weeks use thus far).

I liked the width of the bands, the color distinctions and the tension strength clearly written on each band. That made it very easy to know where to start and how to progress. I also liked that the bands could be folded up and stored in the little drawstring bag. Great product for a fair price. I am strengthening the muscles on the inner and outer knee, after having had a right total knee replacement. Specific exercises with the bands were needed for those particular muscles.
