These resistance bands were perfect in color. Great size, and the carrying package made it better. Reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the strength could’ve been stronger. I had To use the extra hard one to feel any type of resistance

Nice set of resistance bands. They pack into small package and are easily transported or packed. Note: Start with lower resistance and build up over time.

These are great for home exercise or to take on vacation. It comes with various sizes and instructions for use. Great for when you have no access to gym equipment.

They’re really stretchy and I like the different levels, the role up a bit though.

I liked the width of the bands, the color distinctions and the tension strength clearly written on each band. That made it very easy to know where to start and how to progress. I also liked that the bands could be folded up and stored in the little drawstring bag. Great product for a fair price. I am strengthening the muscles on the inner and outer knee, after having had a right total knee replacement. Specific exercises with the bands were needed for those particular muscles.

I have bought these before and they work great. I love using bands to work out, they are part of my everyday routine. I had my previous set for about 2 years and the first band broke. These bands do eventually wear out and you need to buy new. All bands do. If you are really nervous about having them break, I would say buy a new set every 1-2 years. It is like a rubber band snapping so it is startling, but I dont see how anyone could really hurt themselves with it (theres not enough resistance that you are hanging from them or anything like that). I felt for the length of time I had them and the frequency that I used them, that 2 years was a reasonable life span. So I would recommend these bands.
