Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 Charging Cable, Official Product

The replacement charging cable I purchased only worked for four months, I hope Fitbit guarantees this and provides a replacement cable. One of the little contacts appears to be stuck and not able to make contact.

At first this product worked great, however sometimes you did have to adjust a lil to make the correct connection for charging. I used it just over a month and one of the spring pins would not pop back out of the casing to make a charging connection.

Shipped fast and was as described.

Very happy with this charger as it quickly locks on to the device and charges it...the one that actually came with the device seemed to be of a lower quality and the prongs would not all connect. This is made by Fitbit. The one with my device must have been just a defective device or they include the low quality ones with the item so that you have to buy the replacement...not sure...but this one works great so 5 stars

Same as the original, works great with a sense watch.

I had previously bought a two pack of a charge that did not need a cable. You only had to insert them into a USB plug. The problem was/is that the magnet is not stronger enough and it takes time to get the watch securely onto theunit. This is the same charger that comes with the watch. I now have one for home and one for business travel and resides in my backpack.

I decided to get the one recommended for my fitbit instead of the cheaper ones, works great

Ive owned my Sense for 8 months and have gone through 2 of this brands charger cables and 4 cheaper alternatives. Since none last long, the cheaper brands are more cost effective. They last about as long, at a third the price. I keep hoping that Fitbit designs a durable charger for the Sensor (as others do), but the reality is that these are very short-lived items. I have no other item with similarly short-lived charging cables. The pins and springs are too fragile.

Got to replace original.
