> 3 dayNot sure why all the postive reviews. Buy a 250.00 dollar watch and the charger only lasts six months if your lucky. All the reviewers are like yeah my watch isnt broken and my new charger works - Really? Great watch really like the features, the charger is pure junk!

> 3 dayIve owned my Sense for 8 months and have gone through 2 of this brands charger cables and 4 cheaper alternatives. Since none last long, the cheaper brands are more cost effective. They last about as long, at a third the price. I keep hoping that Fitbit designs a durable charger for the Sensor (as others do), but the reality is that these are very short-lived items. I have no other item with similarly short-lived charging cables. The pins and springs are too fragile.

13-06-2025With the off brand so called fast chargers my Fitbit has to be left for a few hours to stay charged. With the true Fitbit charger a few mins while in the shower every day and thats all.

> 3 dayAs of November 22, 2022 the pin that was sticking is now failing again after I fixed it. It seems the spring mechanism is no longer working even after lubricating it so I had to toss it. I needed to attach my watch to the charging cord so I could set my Sense up again in an attempt to get it to let me select a workout. So big fail in two ways. — Original Post — My Fitbit Sense charging cord stopped working. I examined the cord and notice one of the four metal needle type connectors would not spring up to connect with my Sense watch. So, I replaced the cord with this one. After two months same problem and now my watch will not charge because a metal connector will not spring up and remains detracted. I cannot return it because its has been too long. SO, I opened it up and fixed it myself. Seems one of the magnets broke loose. I removed it and was able to restore the spring in the connector. Another magnet broke loose while repairing so I super glued both magnets in place. The charging cord is now functional again. All connectors are working as expected.

Greater than one weekI just ordered my third replacement. The first replacement lasted about a year before failing with same issue. One of the pins pushed down and wont make contact. Its the same pin as before. This is like an undocumented $20 annual fee to keep using the product. I am going to order a highly rated third party space as backup for less than 1/4 of the cost per charging cable. They only need to last 3 months to break even.

Greater than one weekIt does charge fast like the original charger does and says its a fit bit brand. I still dont like that the cord isnt that long but it works well
