I have no complaints about the new screen quality or the provided tools. The home button is horrible. You have to push it halfway through the iPad before it engages. I would try another brand.

I cracked the screen on my iPad Air and was going the discard it after getting quotes of $180 or more to replace the screen. I saw this product and after looking at several YouTube videos decided to attempt the repair myself. The kit provided everything that you needed. The hardest part was removing the screen. I accidently tore one of the ribbons attached to the old screen when I removed it. Fortunately, the replacement screen had a new ribbon attached to it! The quality of the materials was excellent and the iPad looked like a new model after the repair. It was also a fun project. The instructions that were provided with the kit were not very good and you should review several videos on You Tube before attempting the repair. The kit provided the proper tool and the adhesive strips were already applied to the replacement screen which also saved a lot of time.

Great product that I ordered, it took me 20 minutes to replacement the broken one. My mom she is so happy with new screen. Even though this is very old model iPad, she still uses it for movies. Now she said she can use it for 2 more years? I guess or I hope lol. Good quality and easy to install. Update 7/14/2020 Only a month and half, the screen is flashing all the time, and there is no external damage of the screen. I believe the cable connector is messed up, so I have to purchase another one

this Was the best screen replacement kit I’ve ever bought for this price.. the tools where really sturdy the screen cane with everything I needed, adhesive and all small components. You can’t beat this price the quality of this product exceeded my expectations.. will highly recommended to anyone needs a new digitizer.

Hooked up digitizer with no issues. After testing it I proceeded to try and close it permanently. The ribbon connectors are too stiff and close to the edge of digitizer and dont allow it to seal properly. Tried several times to close it with no success and on last attempt ribbon developed a flaw. Left digitizer unresponsive on one row.

Just installed the cover. Works great so far but the packing did not include any adhesive for the corners. The instructions also just stop - watch a video on YouTube to complete. After looking at the replacement, the adhesive is attached but you have to peel the tape off of it.
