The temperature in the tank has remained at a low 80° even with the light on. Very disappointed.

The product is exactly as listed and is a great product !

This brand is terrible. It seems like they only last two months tops

I like the product, Ive been buying it for sometime now and they are a good price for a good product. In the past anytime I bought heat bulbs they varied with issues (bursting glass into the tank, burning out after days, costly, bad return policies) so these so far have given me better bang for my buck. My issue however is how theyre packaged. 9/10 times theyll come in a large box with zero bubble wrap and the boxes containing the bulbs will be damaged and one of the two would have filiment rattling. Everytime that happens I have to request a refund, return the item, request another, and then wash rinse and repeat. It would save me less time and save the company money if theyd just packaged them correctly in the first place. Thankfully Ive gotten to the point where I expect it, and because I need the bulb I always order a few at a time before I have to change them just to stay ahead of the curve. But I will admit, gets extremely frustrating.
