The monitor works as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The case is apple-esque and protects the monitor well. This monitors comes with: usb-a to usb-c usb-c to usb-c HDMI to mini hdmi And there was an offer for.a free accessory if you sent email with Amazon order number. They responded within hours with a tutorial video and offered additional assistance if needed. Amazing customer support. Now more on the product. I bought primarily as a monitor for my OLED Nintendo switch. (Alongside a case that contains the dock and all switch accessories.) this works flawlessly with 2 cables. Option 1. with dock: A. provided usb-a to usb-c from front of dock to monitor (for power) B. HDMI to hdmi-mini from dock to monitor C. Nintendo switch power supply to dock (This charges the switch while you play) Or without dock: A. use the usb-c to usb-c from switch to monitor. B. Separate power source for monitor, I’ve tested battery banks, and various usb plugs. All have worked great. This gives tons of flexibility. I’ll probably get another monitor to mount alongside my dedicated racing sim just to run a playlist via Spotify. 10/10, will buy again.

I didnt even know monitors like this existed until my friend recommended I get one for our trip. I work remotely but the work that I do would be a massive pain without a 2nd or even 3rd screen. So I did some research and looked through the listings on Amazon that were around the $100 price point since I dont want to spend a cent more than I have to for work (this purchase would not get expensed). After combing a little too extensively through reviews, this one seemed to be the best choice in terms of price ($99 when I purchased), quality, additional items, and size. And everyone on here is absolutely right. The monitor was packaged luxuriously for the price (very Apple-esque), the material of the screen itself doesnt at all feel cheap, the cover doubles as a stand and works perfectly (I like how you can separate it from the screen and place the monitor in 2 different viewing angles). The buttons were easy to use, brightness was solid, I really like that theres a bluelight filter option and you can toggle the effectiveness of that as well. I love that it included all the necessary cables and wall adapter if needed, but I was able to plug the usb-c to usb-c into my laptop and it connected immediately. Even the speakers are pretty decent and better than I anticipated. Overall, Im really impressed with this product and its capabilities at such a reasonable price point. Im considering purchasing another as well. Trust me, and thank me later ;)

I work from home and use a 24 inch stationary monitor along with my 13 inch work laptop at home. I was looking for a portable monitor to pair with my work laptop for travel and be able to work from essentially anywhere. This monitor fits the bill perfectly. I mainly work with data so picture quality wasnt a top priority for me. As long as the characters are clear and the screen is bright enough thats all I need. This monitor far exceeds those requirements. The picture quality is excellent. I plan to request they send me the lightening adapter (which they say they will send for free) so I can use it with my iphone to mirror whats on my phone to a larger screen. Ill then use it on long haul flights to watch movies or shows Ive downloaded and will not have to travel with an Ipad in order to watch movies on a larger screen. For what I paid ($79) this was a great investment. Most of the similar monitors i saw on Amazon were at least $100. Three things Id wish for in this monitor: 1) I wish they supplied a storage bag for the cords. Each cord comes in a ziplock style plastic bag that you can use for a while but would be nicer if they had a dedicated bag or pouch that stored all the cords together for easy travel. 2) The case is a bit flimsy. It is magnetic so the magnet holds it firmly to the back of the monitor which is metal, but the screen is not magnetized so the flap that folds over the screen can easily come off. The edges of the screen are metal so the edges of the screen are held on to the case but its not firm and I could see the case becoming dislodged during travel. The case is also relatively soft, so Id be careful with putting it in a bag with other devices or hard items without padding because the screen could easily get cracked. I wish the case had some sort of a clasp or elastic cord that fits around a button to make it more secure. 3) I wish the entire unit were a bit lighter. I havent traveled with it yet but it seems like it will add at least a couple of pounds to my carry-on. This point isnt a dealbreaker for me because I think its a substantial well made monitor but it would be icing on the cake.

Needed a monitor to supplement the small monitor of the laptop. The 15.6” ForHelp monitor was the perfect size and weight. The resolution is fantastic. For my Lenovo work laptop, to get started it was a simple plug and play with a single USB-C, which was included in addition to other cable options i.e HDMI. Instructions were easy and to follow and the packaging is really nice. The product seems substantial and that it will hold up to the expected wear and tear of a portable peripheral. So far customer service has been very responsive, receiving confirmation of a warranty request email - 2 years! Nice piece of equipment for a fair price - highly recommended!

Update: I contacted their customer service email with a question about accessories. They were quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this brand. Original: The clarity of the screen is very nice. I’m not much of a tech person, so I don’t know how to compare different types of screens, but so far this is worked very well for me. It makes my laptop more functional. It is very portable and other than having to connect three or more cords between the screen, the laptop plus a power cord and a power cord for the laptop is very convenient. Instruction manual is very easy to understand everything is clearly marked so you’re not guessing what the different ports are for and there are even some ways to register the product for protection after purchasing through the company according to the paperwork that was sent with it.

I have been working from home since March 2020 and waiting to receive a 2nd monitor from my job to use along with the laptop they gave me. When you are working on a 15.6 screen laptop, used to having 2 monitors in the office, and having many windows view work for different tasks is not easy. This monitor is a life-saver. It was easy to set up as the directions give clear instruction on how to do it. The screen quality is great. After speaking with my jobs Tech department, making sure I could toggle program windows back and forth between my laptop and this monitor - I was good to go. I sent my Amazon order # to the support email provided to activate my 2 year warranty and theforhelp support team responded right away confirming. I like the fact the company that made this laptop offers great customer service (per the other reviews). I am recommending this monitor to others I know who need a 2nd monitor or just a portable one. Also, the price is reasonable and I loved the packaging of the monitor. It is really a great buy. Thank you to this company for providing a great product.

Amazing product. The screen is bright and light weight. Great to put in a travel bag. Screen size is huge. Bigger then my laptop screen. This will come in handy to make working easier to handle as this extra screen is perfect. Great magnetic case as well.

The monitor is excellent for the price. The quality is quite good, I havent run into any technical issues, and the inclusion of a fabric cover/stand was nice. I use it exclusively for work - when Im on my laptop and need a second monitor to review things. It works great when Im outside and dont have an outlet. The visual quality is great for this purpose. I dont know how it stands up for gaming purposes, I dont use it for that. I dont do any complex graphics on it or anything that requires amazing FPS or visual quality. So I cant say anything about that. But for the price? I paid $80 USD and got a monitor that feels about the same quality as a laptop monitor. And thats more than fine for the price.

EDIT: After posting my original review, the seller reached out to me to offer support. They let me know that the monitor requires a USB C cable rated for USB 3.1. After acquiring a couple of these, I found that the monitor works just fine with them. Make sure that the cable states 3.1 or 3.2. I ordered one that says it supports 4K Video but ended up being 2.0 and it didnt work. Original Review: ordered for a work trip. Arrived quickly. Plugged the included USB-C Cable into my Surface Laptop and the monitor and it worked fine. Got to the hotel and pulled everything out. realized I didnt pack the included cable, but no problem, right? I have plenty of high quality (Anker) USB C cables in my laptop bag. Nope, big problem, none of my cables are passing video to the monitor!. Hmm... Maybe Im not getting enough power - plugged in USB C to the laptop and another USB c to power. still no signal. surrendered - went to best buy, got a usb c port replicator with an HDMI port and an HDMI to mini-HDMI cable. got the monitor working with a whole lot more than the one cable I thought I needed! I did buy another USB c to USB c Cable and that one didnt work either. IN all fairness, all of the required cables are included with the monitor, I just didnt pack them. lesson learned! I will try the included cable again when I get home. I dont see any reason that none of the USB C cables I have tried would work and that concerns me, because cables are not forever, and I dont know what I would need to replace the original with.
