06-06-2025Ill keep this short & sweet .... Do you weld? Do you hate using a chipping hammer/wire brush to remove slag? Do you value youre eye sight? ... then you need this cup wire brush attached to a 4-1/2 angle grinder which will make life a little easier for you. I especially like this cup wire brush because it doesnt sling wires into your arms, chest, etc. like the inline wire brushes do!

Greater than one weekThis appears to be another high quality product from Forney. I seldom pay attention to negative reports on these types of items, as users often manhandle or abuse the product. Ive had no difficulties stripping paint and under coating from the undercarriage of my car. The tool works exactly as designed.

> 3 dayThis wire brush lasts a long time and is a great price. I have bought a ton of these and will continue to do so. I picked them up for $5.

> 3 dayran this up to 4500 rpm and all good so far. Wire spread is pretty low at these speeds. Wires are staying in the tool, no flying darts at these low speeds and with light use so far.

> 3 dayI purchased 2 for my project of repainting a rusty 6 mower deck and some other mower parts but the first one is still going strong. Running on a DeWalt D28115 grinder that runs at 9,000 RPM.

> 3 dayI use this wire brush on my angle grinder to quickly remove rust and paint down to a bare steel surface for refinishing. It is so aggressive that care is required to keep from going too far. It is very durable - in fact, I expect it never will wear out.
