Fried Green Tomatoes

Dieser Film ist wirklich sehr gelungen. Ein Drama mit Humor und Augenzwinkern, guten Dialogen und einer wunderbaren Geschichte - eigentlich zwei Geschichten, die ineinander verknüpft sind. Die der Zuhörerin und die der Erzählerin. Ich würde ihn für den Oscar nominieren!

In my circle of friends and family Fried Green Tomatoes, Steel Magnolias, and Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood are the three movies that we can go to any day of the week and get what we need from viewing it. Do you want to laugh? Do you want to cry? Do you want to see a guy get smacked? This movie is for you! AND its the kind of movie a man can sit through and not be totally disgusted that hes watching a chick flick. You will root for the characters, and you will feel like youre watching life-long friends. It may even motivate you to fry up some fried green tomatoes!

I never purchase this at all but from way back I know it a great movie
