Ease of installation

I bought a freestanding closet. Before attaching it to the wall I wanted to make sure it was in the right location and I didn’t need to move it however the entire thing while I was attempting to move it over a smidge fell on me. I purchased these as additional insurance that it will never fall over again. They do a great job I was able to get the zip tie extremely snug so I am not worried about this unit budging at all ever again. I would highly recommend these if you are trying to attach something to a wall

I was so happy to have found this easy-to-install childproofing product but after about a month of use I noticed one of the wall pieces snapped/broke. Perhaps I overtightened the zip-tie? I know they’re plastic and they have their limits but maybe a thicker structure is needed? I hate to give a poor review but when it’s an issue of child safety I feel an obligation to share. Hopefully no one else has this happen!

The product needs to screw into the furniture piece and the wall. It’s secured with a simple zip tie, but the anchors holding the piece into the wall are not strong enough. It’s comes with 2 long screws and 2 really tiny screws, and requires all 4. It barely holds a small , 2ft bookshelf into the wall and came out with a solid tug. Enough to hold while baby is newly crawling and bumping into stuff, but will need to get a stronger system when they start pulling up on their own.

I was originally looking for a kit with all metal pieces but am on a budget so I settled for this one. It was fairly easy to install and actually is quite sturdy for having plastic anchors. I will probably upgrade to metal hardware in the future but for now am satisfied with this kit.

It does its job and keeps my son from opening drawers

Installation is a breeze and my dressers/bookcases fee super secure. Best peace of mind for a momma. Highly recommend!
