These are not smart plugs,if you cant add a timer/schedule while creating it in a group! I can only add a timer/schedule by its own. Not smart at all! DISAPPOINTED!!

All of them are broken within three months. It’s wasting money and time to install them!

This plug works perfectly with the Smart Lift app (from the Play Store on Android). Plug it in, wait a few seconds, turn it on, then push and hold the button for a few seconds until it starts blinking. Open the Smart Lift app and itll automatically detect it and register it (assuming you already have the Smart Lift app set up). A few seconds later, a notice will pop up on say something like, Your plug has been registered with Alexa and is ready to use. The entire process took maybe three to five minutes and I was able to control my plug with Alexa voice activation. Well worth the money over many other plugs Ive owned that required a different app to use.

I purchased this pack of four smartplugs in Nov 2022. One of the plugs stopped working in January 2023. It will not regain connection to the WIFI, the app or Alexa. Ive emailed G-Homas Customer Service twice and theres been no response. Supposedly theres a one year limited warranty but thats worthless if their Customer Service will not respond to your emails.

I bought them 6 month ago and they all 4 stopped working. They worked great at first have grow lights and set up on timers they just stopped working and not connected to net work. Two on the app there turned on but the plug was dead

Después de intentar en múltiples oportunidades no fue posible la conexión con mi red Wifi, no pude usarlo, pero el servicio de devolución de Amazon fue excelente.

The plug was difficult to connect to the app and then after one month it magically went offline and wouldnt work. Just a light but no electricity flows through the plug.

I gave them 4 stars because one of them were used, damaged and defective(not working). That meant there was quality control issue. However, since the seller gave me $5.00 refund immediately, I still give them 4stars. I will do more tests and come back for update.
