Got mine today, only half of it works, but based on the reviews I think I just may have received a defective one.

I tend to get heat flashes at work and it instantly helps. Level 1 barely makes noise but after that, it is a bit noisy. Honestly nothing crazy. But something to be noted if you work with others right next to you. Very comfortable and very convenient. But be sure to put long hair up. I dont think it will easily be caught and I havent had a single issue but it still makes me nervous.

I purchased several of these fans for future outdoor tournaments. We have some fans that you can wear on your belt but they dont do much to cool you off. These fans are great in that the wind is blown upwards around your cheeks and ears. The fans are not too loud but on high expect to hear the fans running. Controlling the fans is easy, just a single button that when pushed goes from low, med, high, off. Charging is via USB cable which is provided. I would also like to add that their customer service is friendly and very responsive.

The packaging was well done. I bought this as a gift. I cannot comment on the product itself yet. I was told they work as described but cannot confirm.

We already have another brand of this type of neck fan, and it has been so useful we got another. I like this one quite a bit more. It makes less noise and feels so comfortable. The fan is light around the neck and can be used with long hair or hair down. My 3 girls and I have very long hair (mid-back length) and no issue thus far with hair getting stuck or tangled. This neck fan has been useful to keep cool throughout the summer. I definitely recommend it.

I wanted a fan to use on the treadmill, but didnt want to deal with a clip on style. This personal fan is perfect. I use it with earbuds, and I dont even hear it. The second setting is plenty!

Wore this to the zoo and worked well. Battery doesn’t last long but it served its purpose

This product was bought for our most recent Florida trip. We went to Disney and as we know it can get hot while walking around. The product had not battery charge when I opened it so it did have to stay on the charger for several hours. The following day my daughter used it while in Disney and it kept her cool around the neck not so much the face. It held a charge for the 3 hours she had it running. I liked the different settings it had on it as well. This was not too loud while on, the highest settings was the loudest but not overwhelming!

These neck fans are so lightweight, but put out a lot of air. Love that they are rechargeable too.
