Fan is a bit bulky around the neck but then again, it is hard plastic. However, it is also wonderfully cooling when sitting outside. There are three speeds and wow, doe that high speed really work! And actually pretty quiet, kind of a background humming sound. Even on low speed, there is a lot of cooling going on. Device arrives already charged up and ready to run. If you work outside, you will like to have this item around...it will cool you down quickly.

Wanted to give this style of fan a try and I am absolutely glad I did. This fan provides some much needed cooling so the parts of the head often overlooked. Especially useful during this brutal summer heat!

I really wanted to like this neck fan. For the most part, I do like it. It looks exactly as the picture and does what it says it does. It charges from dead to full in a couple of hours and the charge lasts a long time. It has three speeds and the power button is easily accessible and easy to push. While it does come with the usb- c charging cord, just like every other thing these days, it doesnt come with the power adapter. It is not at all adjustable. I have a larger neck and it is tight and a little short. The round fans on the end are not adjustable. In the end, the fans just end up blowing straight into the skin of my neck. I would like to be able to adjust them either up toward my face more, or down into my shirt more. This is a nice little fan, but it would be awesome if it were more adjustable. The lack of adjustability and lack of power adaptor are the reasons I gave it 3 stars.

I bought 2 as a gift for my sister and she thinks they work great... Maybe a little tooooo great... she said the air was sooooo strong that it kinda bothered her ears! So I asked her how was she wearing them...that said, I told her that they are supposed to be worn around your neck like a scarf, not like a headband!!! Then I guess she made the adjustment and said that they are just the right amount of air that comes out now! I told her there are 3 settings to choose from too! She travels a lot to hotter climates, & attends a lot of outdoor concerts on her time off so I hope on her next excursion she remembers to pack them...I got her 2 so that while one is recharging she will have a backup to use so she doesnt have to suffer with heat and humidity! I do recommend these fans, & the delivery was fast too, within the estimated delivery of 3 days or less!!!

This little fan has a lot of power! Came fully charged, recharge with usb plug included. The back of the neck piece is soft and didn’t irritate my neck. Comfortable to wear. Only complaint is the air being blown takes forever to cool down and is hot at first. Maybe turn it on about 5 minutes before using it to help get the air cool before use

It lightweight

The fan did not blow strong at all. The company contacted me to see how the product was. The then got me my money back quickly.
