Garmin 010-12563-02 Edge Mountain Bike Mount, Black

Good quality but was expecting that a dearer than other options

I just got this mount yesterday and had a chance to put it on today and I have to say how impressed I’m with the quality of this product. From the high quality of the plastic, the different size rubber gussets that comes with it (2) to accommodate multiple size bars, to the different sized allen wrenches that also are provided by Garmin in the package. I also love the two piece arm of the mount that allows a variety of mounting and positioning options for those of us who are a little picky. The only thing I can really complain about is the price. At $36 I think that’s a little high for me but at the same time added to the quality, and versatility of this product you also are giving the ability to change out the different proprietary inserts of mount depending on what product (Wahoo, Go Pro, Garmin) your using it for. So though a little pricey I would buy this product again, no-brainer.

A but pricey for what it is, but seems well made. Took a little bit of finagling to get it do fit my handlebar. My bar is on the larger of diameters, so it would hold pretty well without any of the rubber strips. But I could still move it if I tried easier than I thought was acceptable. So I used a small piece of the thinnest piece of rubber to get a firmer grip on the bar. Took a bit of trial and error, but now it doesnt move at all.

Broke after one use. Plastic snapped so easily.

Sleek, and easy to install. It works as designed and advertised. Very flexible.

Perfect fit for mountain bikes to not stick out it adjustable to different viewing angles.

Over stem mountain bike mount using my 1030 plus fits nice. Comes with different rubber adapters depending on your size bar. Its easy to adjust and there are directions as well. Make sure you follow torque recomentations or it might strip since it is plastic with metal insert. My only concern that it remains securely clamped on bar as my last Garmin mount that came with the unit does not time will tell hence the 4 star review. But will be a nice setup for my bikepacking trips. See pics attached

Works good - much safer feeling than the rubber bands and puts the Garmin in a nice protected spot above my stem. Shaved a star off because I hate paying this much for a piece of plastic... probably 50% cheaper would still be overpriced but more reasonable. Most people didnt get into biking to be cheap, but come on - does every single thing in this sport need to be overpriced??
