Ive wired this on my motorcycle and it has worked as expected. I really like the fact that its a locking mount so I can go inside stores without worrying about my GPS being snatched.

Have this mounted on my sled. Power connection is poor. Constantly goes into shut down mode making is difficult to use while riding.

Just the part I needed works great.

Its easy to wire and provides power to my Garmin as well as security, but I dont depend on that. Anyone can walk up to the bike, cut the cord and walk away with the GPS.

Came with 3 anti glare screen covers, wrecked the first one, be sure to position it longways and leave 1mm gap both ends, get one try, then dirty and useless/toss. Locking screw and driver (unscrew 2 halves) are very good idea. Rubber cover design for terminals when cradle empty is brilliant. Fits my garmin montana 610, dont forget to buy the ram ball pivot for the back, now can have on bright screen all day and no worries or extra batteries to carry f#@!n Yaay!
