Great mount for skidoo

This is by far the most secure way to mount a Montana GPS to an off road vehicle. Have one on my sled and wheeler.

Works well on my dual sport bike. No more dead Garmin battery in Death Valley with the sun setting & still have miles of trails to go :-)

A very solid GPS mount. I run my four wheelers on some hard trails and I have no problems with this mount. I dont have to worry about whether or not my GPS will fall out or not.

Tonight I installed my RAM mount and AMPS charging cradle for my Garmin Monterra GPS... Id highly recommend RAM mounts, made of high quality aircraft aluminum and stainless steel components in the USA (not Chinese junk). The cradle grabs the GPS and locks it in securely. No need to use the added security lock provided. I recommend wiring you hot wire to an ignition controlled circuit to avoid draining your battery.... Also recommend running the ground wire to the battery ground post for a quality grounding point. The three small wires are for a serial data connection and Im at a loss for what you would use them for or what youd hook them to. Just clip the ends and tape them so they dont cause any shorts to the GPS unit.

Utilisé en tout terrain sur une moto.Jai raccourci la cable dalimentation et supprimé les fils non utilisé.Une fois clipsé dans le support rien ne bouge et lalimentation élèctrique fonctionne bien.
