It clips in nicely, pretty sturdy, and a good carabeaner for belt loops! I dont see any negatives to this product.

Hacía tiempo que necesitaba algún tipo de enganche para mi etrex 20x y al final me decidí. Lo sujetaba de forma provisional con un mosquetón y una argolla enganchada al cierre de la tapa, sabiendo que cualquier día se me podría abrir y caerse. Hace poco, finalmente pasó lo que tenía que pasar. Tuve suerte y cayó en blando, así que no se dañó. Pero con un aviso ya es suficiente y al final me decidí a comprar algún tipo de soporte con un enganche adecuado para el dispositvo.

Good construction and materials

I didnt think I would like having my Garmin flopping around on a strap but it hangs unobtrusively off a belt or pack without being irritating. If i was being picky I would like it to actually be attached inverted so I could simply lift up the unit to look at it. Unfortunately it hangs with the unit right side up. Basically if I clipped it on a friends backpack in front of me it would be easy to glance at and see where I am in relation to my track or landmarks. But hanging on my belt I either have to lift and twist it around to see it right side up or usually I just un-clip it completely. Not the end of the world and still very happy with the item. Worked great for an 8 miler through some pretty rough terrain.

Carabiner clip doesnt close properly, internal spring failure. And Ive only used it at least 6 times....

I just got this carabiner clip for my Sport Pro e-collar system. The clip attaches to the hand device nicely, and is very secure. However, the belt clip portion of this accessory is absolutely worthless. The clip is so tight, and has inter-locking prongs, that completely prevent a belt or even webbing from sliding under the clip. I have to pry the clip open to the point it feels like the clip is about to break. None of my leather or heavy webbing belts will fit under the clip. The carabiner is great, and will make the device much more accessible and secure in the field, but I cant use the clip on a belt or any webbing on my bags.

I have bought at least 5 of these. Every time I try to put the clip onto my backpack strap they snap. It’s absolutely infuriating honestly. Needs to be re-engineered!!
