Easy to place and remove, feels secure so wont loose the device. Makes a convenient attachment to carry and use. It is more than worth the cost.

I used the carabiner a couple times shortly after purchasing it for my etrex10 without issues. I placed it and the gps back into its box on my study bookshelf, only to find a year later the plastic clip had fractured into 8 pieces.
