> 3 dayThe speed and cadence sensor provide some valuable additional data to indoor rides on the trainer. The 830 was easy to set up and is a very nice upgrade from my Garmin 510. It will take me a little bit to get use to all of the features available on the 830.

> 3 dayIt is really easy to work and collects the data you need also. I sometimes have an issue where it doesnt automatically connect with my phone and upload the data to strava, and I have to do it manually myself.

Greater than one weekIt was hard to get into the groove of making it work. I had a Garmin 800 that was far more intuitive. Now that I have it set up properly it is working fine for my cycling activities.

> 3 dayI got this to display maps during my rides, especially mount biking. I played with all the settings, including downloading some trail maps, at home. Unfortunately, I realized while playing with the maps, that the display was just too small and illegible for me to read without reading glasses, and therefore was going to be useless while out riding the trails. If ones interest is more in the metrics than the maps, this would be fine since the metrics are clearly visible, even for me.
