> 3 dayThese let you replace just the part of the chest strap that eventually wears out without having to purchase an expensive new Garmin strap. These, plus new batteries, have kept my strap going for years of nearly daily use.

Greater than one weekPerfect replacement. When I ordered I was worried that there was no reference to a size on this one. It is regular size, so dont let the lack of size information concern you.

> 3 dayTheres nothing much to say about this, as its just like the original that came with the monitor. I like the fact that its softer than the Polar straps are, as its more comfortable. Granted, these dont seem to hold up as long as the Polar ones do, but they are so reasonably priced that its no big deal, assuming youre paying the roughly $8 that I usually do.

> 3 dayOur older-style Garmin HRM strap tab finally gave out after a few years of use. This replacement was exactly what we needed. Nothing more to say! :)

Greater than one weekUnfortunately, this strap slides down my body to belly button when I sweat. I am small, 106 lbs, I have tried stuffing it under my bra line but it wont stay. I have tried 2 of them thinking the first one just got stretched out but it still wont stay. My husband has no problem and uses his each time he runs.

> 3 dayThe extra strap was a smart idea. User one while over is cleaned and drying. Also, comfortable and adjustable to my size.

> 3 dayAfter 4 years of using my garmin 305, my HRM strap just wouldnt stay put. It would move often and within a few minutes, always ended up on my abdomen. I looked at the strap and it was as curly as bacon, and not as tasty. There was no elasticity left! I ordered a new strap and my HRM was back in business. It was very easy to put the new strap on and comparing the new strap to the old, it was obvious that I needed a replacement. And kudos to garmin for keeping the expensive HRM separate from the elastic strap, making it relatively inexpensive to replace the strap. My only dissapointment with the product is that it does indeed wear out and need to be replaced. I learned that I got a bit more time out of my strap than most, but it would be nice to have a superior product which lasts longer.

> 3 dayI had to trim the male part of the connecting part as it had extra molded plastic where it was crazy difficult to take off. Once I trimmed it, it attaches and disattaches fine. This issue should be resolved in the mfg process.
