Garmin fēnix 5s, Premium and Rugged Smaller-Sized Multisport GPS Smartwatch, Silver/Black

This product is not a true Garmin product. It IS NOT made in the US, it is made in Southeast Asia. After only having it for three weeks and lots of problems I had to call Garmin for help and they looked up the serial number and told me it was made in SEA and not the US so it will not update automatically, and will not update using the computer to the current operating system of 11.0 it is stuck on 9.30 and it will not use all the standard functions it should have. So it is not a true Garmin product at all.

I got this watch one month ago specifically for the saphire glass. Already has a chip it! 2 days past return date so I cant return it.....

Works as advertised. Was very happy with the condition it was in when it arrived. Zero cosmetic flaws and good strong battery. I recommend this product

I realize the Fenix 5S is an older model but it is AMAZING. It is unfair for me to compare it with the past Fitbits Ive owned but not the Samsung which I returned after one day of use. Currently I have six different watch faces stored on the Fenix 5s and thus far, every single feature of every watch face functions to perfection. I cant envision a better smart watch at any price.

So I’ve seen this watch before and it is a pretty awesome smart watch, but when I got mine in the mail, it was the wrong watch. A lesser version of the Fenix 5s series but I put a replacement in with customer service so hopefully the right one comes in soon. I will update this review if it is the right watch.
