I was a bit skeptical because I simply figured, “It’s just a Lightbulb” and I actually love to be wrong when it comes to things such as this. When I opened up the box it comes in, I found that not only does the Bulb have weight to it and feel well built but, the Remote Control is extremely impressive to me too. I’m sure that I have Over a Dozen Remotes for many devices that include one and this Remote feels more substantial than every one I own, less one of them, which is ridiculously expensive for a Remote Control, anyway. It’s easily operated too. The Remote is truly First Class and actually has a separate and Colored Button for every Color it has, including a regular bright light that can be Dimmed to multiple levels. I would definitely refer this Bulb. Note: Only the plain White Light can be Dimmed, not any of the Color shades. Personally, I don’t think the colors should be faded anyway. This is a great light bulb that allows you to control it with a remote. No app required. I got this for my husband who has a music room. I thought he would enjoy being able to control the light color for mood lighting. I was right, he loves it. This is also great for people who do not want to have another app on their phone. My husband prefers the remote to having to use an app to control it. The colors are vivid. The only thing that I was disappointed by is that you can only dim the light on the white setting. So if you want a dim blue light you can not do it. The colored lights are only one brightness and thats it. Overall this is a fun light that is easy to figure out, no complicated apps to program.

Love it sets the mood..

I replaced my old non-LED bulb with this one and it is great so far! It dims soft white and daylight but not the colors. For me, thats not an issue but others might want colors to dim. Overall super satisfied with the bulb and remote.
