These lights are not very bright, which is what we were looking for, and dimmable which is nice. The spiral looks cool. The main issue I have is that the glass appears scratched. Im not sure if that is to add to the antique look, but it would not look good if exposed. Also the boxes that arrived were pretty beat up (before shipping, they were well protected in the box).

These put out a warm amber, low blu color light. So they are for evening use. This warm 2000 K light will not diminish melatonin production In the body, a common condition in our world of electric light, that creates insomnia. It is more like the candle-light we had back in medieval times and quite unlike like blue light we immerse ourselves in toward the other end of the spectrum. The additional good news with this 3 watt, (25 watt incandescent equivalent), is that it dims beautifully with the commonly used inline lamp dimmer.

We used these for one of our antique light fixtures and are now ordering them for all of our historic fixtures. The warm glow allows the beautiful etched glass shades and cast brass designs on the restored antique fixtures to be seen unlike other bulbs that are just too harshly bright. These 25-watt replacement bulbs give a more authentic look and set the historic ambiance while still providing adequate light and LED energy efficiency and safety.

Bright enough to read and work by, but not glaringly.

This bulb is a pretty standard yellow bulb. Definitely not 2000K, which is what is stated in the product description!! I cant use it and its a hassle to return. I have all of my bulbs in various sizes at 2200K and I figured since this is small, 2000K was perfect as a side-accent light. NO. I was wrong... Now looking at the comments somewhere the manufacturer says it is 2500K--then update your product description!! Not everybody is going to go through the comments to see the crucial information, they will look at the main page first. I feel I cannot trust this brand at all and was considering other sizes in a similar shape. I guess I have to go with another brand because the temp was NOT accurate!

I have a small lamp in my bathroom that was blasting my small bathroom with way too much bright light. Then I found this gem. The brightness level and warm color is perfect. I keep this on all day and night, it makes for an ideal nightlight. So charming and exactly what I was looking for.

This has a slight 120Hz strobe effect like sometimes seen on cheap LED Christmas lights. I’ve tried two different LED compatible dimmers and neither would work on this 25w bulb. -one bulb just doesn’t have enough load. Bulb looks great off but is too bright to be used in a fixture where the bulb is exposed. Would love it if I could find a untra-low wattage dimmer.

I needed a soft light to go in my new clear, jar-looking, vintage light fixture above my dining room table. Something soft and matched the style. This bulb is perfect! I ordered a second one already just incase so I have one on hand.

I wanted to change the atmosphere in my room room. These lights give a warm a cozy feel. I got the Amber color. Now the look and feel is cozy. Great way to spice up any room. Great quality, last a long time without replacing. I will always buy from the seller.
